Notarisation of documents for Namibia
LEGALISATION & APOSTILLE REQUIREMENTS
Documents for use in Namibia do not need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (r. 128(3) of the Rules of the High Court of Namibia 2013).
If documents are not signed/authenticated by a UK notary public, they must be legalised by way of Apostille by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office prior to submitting to the authorities in the Republic of Namibia.
